Dave Rosen and Stan Dzavoronok had an idea of a business for converting PSD to HTML. It worked out and their company, XHTMLized, not only grew fast but was copied by multiple other companies.

During its early years XHTMLized worked as a web development partner for companies like Twitter, eBay, Fox, and Rogers. We were the ones who coded Twitter’s first UI!

As a result of the company’s success, Dave and his team established several new brands that specialized in different parts of web development. They were connected by “X-Culture,” which encouraged talented people to unleash their inner heroes.

In the fall of 2014, we moved to the new, modern space in the heart of Krakow, Poland, creating a small piece of Australia in Europe.

Chasing our own identity and supporting the unceasing changes on the market, we dropped the old brand and became Xfive. The new name’s origins were within the internal culture of “fives”, that spread across the relationships with our clients that we truly care about.

Now a fully matured company, Xfive hires over 50 people and is present in Melbourne, San Francisco and Krakow. The new brand identity reflects the change in our offer and the way we work. We have grown up, and became a software-house that can handle design and development of a complex web and mobile applications.
