Mac is Head of Business Development at xfive, guiding revenue efforts by connecting client needs with smart solutions through insight, empathy, and experience.
As Head of Business Development at xfive, I lead our sales team and coordinate revenue-generating efforts across departments. My focus is on helping partners find the right path forward by listening closely, understanding their needs, and connecting them with suitable solutions.
Before xfive, I supported early-stage startups as a business incubator manager and co-founded a drone marketplace. I’ve also worn a few unexpected hats, like performing as a mime in my student days.
I hold a master’s degree in Psychology in Management and Philosophy, along with post-diploma studies in creative writing. Whether supporting startups or scaling long-term partnerships, I take pride in helping others grow.
Outside of work, I dance swing, write prose, mix cocktails as a self-learned bartender, and travel. I have hitchhiked over 60,000 km, and my longest trip was from Beijing to Poland. I believe work, like travel, is better when full of meaningful connections.
