Agnes Kozak

As Head of Delivery at xfive, I lead our efforts to ensure a consistent, high-quality process across all teams and projects. I also support Sales and Marketing in shaping our offer and keep communication flowing between departments.

With a background in biomedical engineering and additional training in UX design, management, and psychology, I blend analytical thinking with curiosity for new tech. My past roles as Project Manager and Product Owner taught me how to keep teams moving while never losing sight of the user.

I’m known for breaking down complex technical topics into human language — and for asking the questions others might hesitate to. At xfive, I thrive on solving challenges alongside an engaged, cooperative team.

Outside work, I’m a tabletop RPG nerd, DM, gamer, and proud League of Legends team captain (it’s also how I met my husband!).
