As an HR Specialist at xfive, I support our people and culture by connecting the right talent to the right roles, guiding recruitment, onboarding, and team wellbeing with care. My goal is to ensure every hire contributes to both client success and a positive team experience.
Before joining xfive, I worked as a school teacher, which shaped my ability to listen deeply and build trust; skills I now use to foster connection, gather feedback, and create space for growth.
What I appreciate most at xfive is the human-first culture and flat structure, where everyone’s voice matters. I approach challenges reflectively, asking what I can do differently to improve outcomes for individuals and the team.
Outside work, you’ll find me somewhere without phone reception, hiking, climbing via ferratas, or unwinding in nature. And yes, I do bring cake to the office (almost) every Wednesday.
