As Project Manager at xfive, I lead our project management team to ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to delivery—on time, within budget, and with as few fires as possible. My job is equal parts planning, problem-solving, and keeping everyone aligned.

With over a decade of experience spanning e-commerce, product management, and digital media at companies like Onet.pl and Interia.pl, I bring a strong business mindset and marketing background to every challenge. I’m a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, and I believe the task isn’t done until it’s really done.

One of the most rewarding projects I’ve led at xfive is Olera—a platform supporting caregivers and people in need. Work like that makes it all worth it.

I take a pragmatic approach and enjoy tackling real-world problems alongside a team that values collaboration, ownership, and doing things the right way.
