As CEO of xfive since 2012, I focus on driving business growth by empowering our people to thrive; because when our team succeeds, so does the company. My leadership journey began managing support and QA teams, eventually evolving into overseeing the entire organization.
With a Master of Engineering from Cracow University of Technology and an MBA from Cracow University of Economics and Stockholm University, I bring both technical and business expertise to the role. I’m proud of building a resilient company that’s thrived for over 20 years, especially through global challenges.
I love working with smart, inspiring people in a culture that values collaboration and continuous improvement. Outside work, sailing is my passion; it embodies freedom and teamwork perfectly. I also enjoy skiing, biking, and hiking. My favorite quote is “the glass is half full,” reflecting my optimistic approach to solving challenges together.
