Urszula Wielgosz

I’ve been with xfive since 2010, landing the role during my very first job interview, and have grown into an “almost-full-stack” developer. If a project involves an unusual tech stack, there’s a good chance it’s landed on my desk.

I hold an MSc in Applied Computer Science, and my strength lies in cutting through the noise: helping clients identify what they really need versus what they think they want. I’m pragmatic, direct, and not afraid to steer conversations toward better solutions.

What I love most about xfive is the constant opportunity to explore new technologies and approaches. Every project is a chance to learn and push boundaries.

Outside of work, I’ve lived in four countries and enjoy discovering the world one experience at a time.
