Product data was scattered across legacy spreadsheets, technical files were disconnected from the products they covered, and there was no way to filter by the parameters engineers actually use to specify products. The sales team was fielding questions that the website should have answered on its own.

With AI we resolved conflicts across multiple legacy spreadsheets at a scale that would have otherwise significantly stretched the timeline. On top of that, we built filtering and lead capture that match how engineers actually work.

Engineers filter by load class, material, outlet configuration, or certification standard, and the system cross-references all selected criteria at once. Combining multiple filters never returns zero results.
Dual-Path Content Architecture
Two entry points into the same catalog, one for engineers working from technical parameters, one for facility managers starting from the application they need to solve for.
AI-Supported Data Migration
ACO USA's product data had accumulated across inconsistent spreadsheets, legacy exports, and static files with conflicting values. xfive used AI to align the data sources and validate import scripts at scale, keeping the project on timeline and within budget.
ZIP-Code Distributor Locator and HubSpot Integration
Buyers find their nearest distributor by ZIP code. Inquiry forms capture what the user was looking at and pass that context into HubSpot so sales reps receive warm, specific leads rather than generic contact requests.
